Shipping:

USPS is not currently experiencing delays, 2-3 business day delivery can be expected when choosing the Priority Mail option at checkout.  Packages get shipped out Monday - Friday, all orders placed after 2pm on Friday - Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

Curbside Pickup gets fulfilled Monday - Friday, it's available for both locations from open to close for orders placed by midnight the previous day.  Orders placed after 10am on Friday - Sunday will not be ready to pickup until Monday.  Need to pickup sooner?  Let us know by giving us a call at 317-955-9925 and we will work to fulfill your order ASAP!

In-town delivery is available Tuesday and Friday to residents in Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield and Fishers.  Orders must be received by midnight the previous day.  Deliveries will arrive by 8pm, customers will receive a text message when delivery drivers are on their way and when it's officially delivered.  Silver in the City is not responsible for porch theft.

U.S. Orders
Our standard shipping methods are USPS First Class and Priority. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping options.  Please note per the USPS, estimated dates of delivery are expected dates and not guaranteed.

International Orders
Please give us a shout at [email protected] if your country is not showing up as a viable shipping option.  In two shakes of a lambs tail, we'll work to get a shipping estimate to you and help you to complete your transaction.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% wowed by your purchase at Silver in the City, but we understand that sometimes, this just doesn't happen. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please create a return label here within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your return.

Or send the return without or label to Returns, Silver in the City, 434 Massachusetts Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204 (we suggest using a shipping method with tracking). Once we receive your return, we will refund your original method of payment in the amount of the products returned (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
