Due to higher order volume during our Corona-Closure, we are experiencing delays with order fulfillment of 2-3 days from the day of order. In addition, the USPS has issued an advisory that their 2-3 shipping will be extended to 3-4 day shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Curbside Pickup is available at both locations on Fridays - Sundays from 12-4p for orders placed by midnight the previous day.
In-town delivery is available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays for addresses within I-465. Orders must be received by midnight the previous day. Deliveries will arrive between 4-6pm, sometimes later if our route is full.
Our standard shipping methods are USPS First Class and Priority. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping options. Please note per the USPS, estimated dates of delivery are expected dates and not guaranteed.

We want you to be 100% wowed by your purchase at Silver in the City, but we understand that sometimes, this just doesn't happen. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please create a return label here within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your return.

Once we receive your return, we will refund your original method of payment in the amount of the products returned (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
