Daily Delivery Starts December 16!

Indianapolis Customers! Starting December 16, orders placed December 15 will be delivered the very next day, and every day all the way to December 23! It's a Christmas Miracle!
Our Indianapolis USPS Hub, and mail hubs all across the US, are swamped with packages. Many are running with limited employee availability due to the impact of COVID-19. With the huge increase and high demand of mail carrier services all through 2020, we knew it’d be an overwhelming online shopping season. We're all doing the best we can to get packages delivered before Christmas, but there is no guarantee.
What retailers and mail carriers need from everyone right now is patience. We want you to get your goodies just as much as you want them.
We've come up with some options for local customers, and some suggestions for faraway customers! Indianapolis Customers! Starting December 16, orders placed December 15 will be delivered the very next day, and every day all the way to December 23! It's a Christmas Miracle!
Central Indiana Customers: If you live in Central Indiana and need gifts before December 25th, we recommend you either come in store to shop - during regular hours or reserve your own private shopping time, or shop online and choose the Curbside Pickup option to retrieve your goods. If you live in Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield or Fishers, choose the Doorstep Delivery option and we will personally get goods right to the door the very next day.
Just follow the instructions when you check out.
Customers will receive a text notification once their delivery is on the way and follow progress on a map. Deliveries will arrive by 7pm . We are not responsible for porch theft.
We also have a great new delivery app so you will receive a text message when your driver is on the way and can follow their progress to your door.
For Farther Away Customers: While we wait, we have a few suggestions for some alternative gift giving plans if mail doesn’t arrive in time this Holiday season.

Make it fun, make it a game! (We love games!) Find an item around the house you know the recipient will recognize (maybe even something that’s very obviously used), but before you wrap it and stick it under the tree, leave a clue in the box of what their gift really is! Maybe you write up a riddle, maybe you draw a picture (like Pictionary! OR MAYBE YOU PLAY PICTIONARY!), maybe you make each box a scavenger hunt… Or maybe you keep it simple and print out an image of what’s to come. Let your recipient know their real gift is still on the way, and you wanted to make some fun out of an uncontrollable situation.
Purchase something small so they have something to open, then let them know they have more surprises in transit!
