Shipping & returns

Shipping:

If you’re within driving distance of our store, you can just pop by and pick your stuff up.

But if you’re not within driving distance of our store, here’s how it’s going to go down.

U.S. Orders
Our standard shipping methods are USPS Priority and UPS Ground shipping. If you choose an expediated shipping option, please know that your order will go out the next business day, thus adding one day to the shipping estimate (if you choose 2-day shipping on a Saturday, your order will go out on Monday and should be delivered Wednesday).

Free Shipping (if you buy enough stuff)
Order $50 (or more) worth of merchandise, and we’ll ship it to you for free.

International Orders
Please give us a shout at esales@silverinthecity.com if your country is not showing up as a viable shipping option.  In two shakes of a lambs tail, we'll work to get a shipping estimate to you and help you to complete your transaction.


 

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% wowed by your purchase at Silver in the City, but we understand that sometimes, this just doesn't happen. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us at esales@silverinthecity.com to let us know. Then return your item(s) to Returns, Silver in the City, 434 Massachusetts Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204 (we suggest using a shipping method with tracking). Once we receive your return, we will refund your original method of payment in the amount of the products returned (original shipping charges are non-refundable).
